I have consumed my fair share of sushi people, but this? This ain't no lie. Meet Jose. The best sushi chef from here to the west coast. In fact, the only chef at the restaurant allowed to have a beer while creating the most delicious concoctions I can barely pronounce (beer allowance speaks volumes in my book). I'm not exactly sure what's in this over sized shot glass because it's well.....classified. I do know there is a raw quail egg and two raw oysters with some Heaven inbetween. We toast, we throw our heads back, we SHOOT. And it is impossible to have just one. BOTTOMS UP! BOTTOMS UP!
